Similar to Spiritual Direction, Lifework Direction focuses specifically on discerning where Spirit is leading you. But in Lifework Direction you are intentionally growing prosperous and meaningful lifework. In other words, you’re finding ways to make money by being and doing what you love!

What is Lifework and why is it so important?

Lifework is much more than a career or a profession. It’s the magical mix of your Divine purpose(s), passions, talents, Big Dreams and whatever brings you joy. It’s also about discovering the needs of other people and finding ways to make a heartfelt difference in their lives. Essentially, Lifework is about living a connected life, one in which mind, body and soul are in harmony with one another, and one in which you are sharing with the world your greatest gifts.

How can Lifework Direction help you?

Lifework Direction helps you trust the guidance that surrounds you so you can more easily grow a delicious life! Together we ask the big questions to help you find clarity so you know how to move forward.

Lifework Direction is about consciously creating your life by listening to your Soul or Higher Self so you can more easily align your mind (words) and body (actions) with where you want to grow.

What happens in a session?

When you start engaging in Lifework Direction, what and how the sessions unfold is entirely up to you.

People seek my help for a variety of reasons. Many already know what they love in life, but feel confused about how to turn their numerous interests into a service for others. I help them unify their passions so they can begin to take steps toward creating prosperous lifework they love. It’s the “no part of me left behind” approach.

People discover there is a way to “do it all” (by “being” it all) and live a fully satisfying life.

Other people don’t know what they love. They long to reconnect with their core, and rediscover what makes them feel joyful so they can start to grow in a direction that feeds their Soul, not just their pocket book!

And some come to learn how to hear and trust the voice of the Divine so they can more easily discern where it’s guiding them. This voice is always present, helping provide practical and inspirational assistance. Once recognized, it is an invaluable Source of guidance in all areas of life.

How does it work?

There are a variety of methods we can use to help you grow somewhere even greater than where you are right now. What we do depends entirely on what you need. There is no chronological procedure in which step A comes before step B. Instead, we explore any number of methods for growing meaningful lifework. Together we can

• Find an overarching theme that encompasses as many of your talents, passions and skills as possible (So you love your work so much you can’t wait to get up in the morning and start your day)

• Discuss how to answer the “What do you do?” question so you can attract the perfect clients by communicating what feels authentic to you.

• Start to bring more awareness to your mind, body and soul so your thoughts, words and deeds are growing in the same direction. The result of this alignment is true Bliss!

• Find out what is keeping you from stepping into your dreams so you can finally let go of limiting beliefs and live how you want to live.

• Listen to Spirit and remember how it is informing your life choices (I say “remember” because truly, you already know). Through listening you will naturally strengthen your current relationship with this guidance and more easily trust your Self in the moment to distinguish between Love and Fear.

• Go on journeys into the imaginal realm (similar to shamanic journeying) where you can connect with guides and find useful information to help you move forward.

• Gain confidence that your choices are truly inspired by Spirit and leading you into wholeness.

• Engage creatively to tap into the vast resources of your right-brain, the intuitive part of your mind that connects more easily to your heart.

• “Diagnose” original rituals and ceremonies to help you heal any blocks or patterns that prevent you from moving forward.

• Delve into your sleeping dreams to find inspiration, guidance and answers that come from deep within you. We can explore symbols, myths, dramas and imagery and how they might be encouraging you to grow.

Lifework Direction is a way to cultivate more awareness and collect tools that will last you a lifetime. It’s all about re-membering who you are so you stay aligned with your Highest Good.

How much does it cost?

One-on-one Lifework Direction sessions are $95 an hour.

You can meet with me once, monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly. It’s up to you.
